Had a new metal roof installed. Transcendent gave a competitive bid. They were not the lowest price but were extremely responsive. I did a lot of homework and had detailed questions about the product. They answered quickly and thoroughly. Will is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you hire them and get to work with Oscar you will enjoy it. Both of them coordinate well with each other and kept me informed.

If you need a roofing contractor in Austin, look no further than Transcendent Roofing. We recently had them install new architectural shingles, and the quality is outstanding. Will assisted us throughout the entire process and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the GAF roofing system and why their Master Elite Contractor status matters for long-term durability in the Texas heat. Their pricing was very competitive for the Austin market, especially considering the 10-year workmanship warranty they provide. The crew was efficient, professional, and did a good job with the post-job cleanup. It’s clear why they are a top-rated Austin roofing company. Highly recommend Will and the whole team!

These guys did some major repairs on my roof that I’ve been leaking for a long time. They were professional and cleaned up well after the job was completed. Most importantly, the roof does not leak anymore. I highly recommend them

We had an amazing experience with Will at Transcendent Roofing. The process was super simple and straight forward, with zero surprises. Will was great throughout the entire process. Super responsive to all emails, text messages, phone calls, and answered all of our questions very promptly. Will was extremely patient and informative while we shopped around for multiple estimates/quotes/bids, and he came out on top in every way, including price and professionalism. I will absolutely hands down recommend Will at Transcendent Roofing to everyone I know for their roofing needs. The work crew was also extremely efficient and tidy, and very respectful of our property, and left next to no mess behind. Shop no further! Will at Transcendent Roofing for the win!

I recently had a leak around my skylight after getting a new roof installed by another company that refused to honor their warranty. I suspected the flashing wasn't done correctly, so I called Transcendent Roofing for an inspection, repair quote, and a defect report my lawyer had requested. Yes, I was planning on filing a claim against the original roofer. Will came out promptly and inspected my roof at no charge. He was professional, honest, and thorough. After checking everything, he confirmed that the workmanship on my roof was solid and that the issue was likely just degraded sealant between the skylight panel and the metal frame. I was relieved to hear the roof was in great shape and that I wouldn't need to take legal action against the other company -- good riddance to them for ignoring my repair requests! Will clearly explained my options: replace the skylight, remove it altogether, or try a simple "wait-and-see" fix with new sealant. He never pressured me one way or another, and when I asked how much the quick fix would cost, he just smiled and said, "No charge." Within the hour -- after a quick trip to Lowe's for sealant, on his own time and dime -- he was back up on the roof applying new sealant around the skylight frame. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and fairness. If the leak ever returns, I'll definitely be calling Will and Transcendent Roofing again. He also pointed out that it might be time for some masonry work around my chimney, since he noticed a few holes in the mortar. What a great guy. Thanks, Will!
